Susan has written four novels.  Two are currently under contract with OakTara, and she is eagerly awaiting word when they will be coming out.  They are:  The Forest, a Menchian’s Journey, and The Wisdom of Ambrose.

The Forest tells the story of Timkin Tanwarrel, who is swept away from his village and all he knows, to find he is called by the One on a mysterious Journey.  His guides are an irascible raven named Parcaw, and Shenda, a wise she-wolf.

In The Wisdom of Ambrose, Susan Anderson goes to a redwood grove to ponder her purpose in life, and there she meets a bear named Ambrose, denizen of a parallel world.  Their adventures in his world and hers bring both of them the wisdom they seek.

Susan is currently working on The Year of Mrs. Pike, a fictionalized memoir of fifth grade.
